Ready to Wear online store
Purchases from the Ready to Wear store Please use the online shopping service on my website to purchase a Ready to Wear item from the Online Store. Information on despatch arrangements can be found here.
Customisation of items purchased from the Ready to Wear store – if you would like your purchase from the online store customised – for instance by selecting the colour of the millinery elastic, hairband etc. – please leave a note in the comments section of the order form and I will advise the cost of this additional service.
Once a Ready to Wear item has been customised it is subject to the same terms and conditions as a bespoke couture order.
Bespoke Couture Service
Couture service – This service offers the opportunity to commission your own bespoke couture hat or headpiece. The bespoke service starts with an initial in-person one-to-one consultation. On your acceptance of the couture commission proposal/invoice, before work on your hat or headpiece begins, a 50% deposit of the retail price that has been quoted is due.
There will be a second consultation or Zoom call to confirm the trim details etc. After the third and final fitting, the balance of 50% is payable on the collection of your hat or headpiece. Note that the format of consultations may be varied after discussion with the client especially if the hat or headpiece has a universal fitting. During the making process of your commission, I will be in touch by email, FaceTime or Zoom to keep you up to date with the progress.
Please allow a minimum of 4 – 6 weeks for the design and making period of your bespoke order, and 6 – 8 weeks for bridal orders.
Bespoke couture orders – When you place a bespoke couture order with me, I confirm your order by email with a quotation or invoice detailing the style and finish we have agreed. As bespoke couture orders are made especially for you, they are not returnable nor are they refundable.
You can find more information about placing a Couture Order on the Couture Collections pages, please use the Enquiry Form to contact me for more details on this service and to arrange a consultation.
